Ts & Cs – We’ve got to have ’em!
But there’s a dog at the bottom to make it easier 🙂

By booking a visit with us, this means that you accept and agree to the Terms and conditions of use below.

Liability

  • No responsibility will be taken by the land owner or organisers for any damage or injury sustained to individuals, animals or property whilst using the woodland or car park area.
  • All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners’ risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents will be taken by Private Woodland Walkies.
  • Any breakages or damage to the Woodland must be notified and paid for by the dog owner.
  • All dogs using the Woodland must be fully up-to-date with their routine vaccinations, and flea and worming treatments.
  • Sensible footwear should be worn as this is a natural woodland and the ground can be muddy and slippery. Please be aware of roots sticking up and brambles that may cause a trip hazard and possible falling sticks/branches. We are not responsible for any trips, falls or other damages.

Arrival / Departure procedure

  • You will be sent directions to the woodland when booking.  Please do not enter before your booking time. The person before should have left the gate open on departure, when parking in the car park please use the rope to secure yourself inside the gate. If you would rather park directly outside the gate on the roadside, please also feel free to do so. There is space to wait outside the gate on the side on the road. Please do not enter the woodland before the previous booking has left. Please keep dogs in your vehicle until the previous users have loaded their dogs back in their vehicle.
  • It is the responsibility of those using the woodland to book a slot which allows enough time to unload their dogs, walk the woodland and get them back into their vehicles afterwards within their time slot. The slot is not just for use of the woodland. Anyone remaining over their time slot in the Woodland will need to pay for the extra slot and be discouraged from re-booking.
  • Users must inspect the Woodland to ensure that it is suitable for their dog(s), fence/ wall height, proximity to farm animals etc.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the entrance gate is locked from the inside whilst they are in the woodland.
  • Dogs must be back in the car before the end of their session.
  • Please take extreme caution when exiting the car park as the road can be busy.
